Revitalize with Ionic Foot Detox
Cleanse and refresh through your feet.
Ionic Foot Detox Bath
The Ionic Foot Detox Bath is a non-invasive detoxification therapy that uses biocompatible electrical frequencies to create an ionic field within the water. These ions interact with the body through osmosis and the thousands of pores in the bottom of the feet, drawing out and neutralizing toxins. This therapy supports overall wellness and is particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with detoxification, lymphatic stagnation, or toxin-related health concerns. The process works by splitting water molecules into negatively charged hydroxide ions (OH-) and positively charged hydrogen ions (H+). These ions attract and neutralize oppositely charged toxins in the body, allowing for their removal through the feet during the session. The ionic field supports detoxification while promoting a relaxed and balanced state. This service also includes use of a vibration plate to help stimulate the lymph system and a homeopathic blend determined by the toxins released.

Vibration Plate Benefits
We use a Triplanar machine
Combining vertical, horizontal, and rotational vibrations for a comprehensive muscular and balance challenge. Vibration assists by delivering high-frequency mechanical vibrations through a platform which stimulates rapid muscle contractions, enhances blood flow, and triggers physiological responses.
How Vibration Plates Work
Vibration plates are platforms that oscillate at frequencies typically between 20–60 times per second. When you stand, sit, or perform exercises on the plate, these vibrations force your muscles to contract and relax repeatedly, mimicking the effects of traditional exercise and engaging stabilizing muscles that are often under utilized during normal movement. The intensity of muscle activation depends on the frequency, amplitude, and duration of the vibrations. WebMD
Physiological Effects
Muscle Activation: The rapid contractions stimulate both slow- and fast-twitch muscle fibers, which can enhance strength, power, and neuromuscular coordination. Electromyography (EMG) studies show increased activation in lower-body muscles during exercises like squats or bridges on a vibration plate.

Bone Health: Mechanical signals from WBV mimic the forces generated during weight-bearing exercise, promoting bone remodeling and density. This is particularly beneficial for individuals with limited mobility or age-related bone loss, as low-intensity vibration can help maintain or improve bone mass.
MD Anderson Cancer Center
Circulation and Lymphatic Flow: The vibrations can enhance blood flow and lymphatic drainage, potentially reducing muscle soreness and improving recovery after workouts. Mayo Clinic
Fat Loss and Body Composition: Some studies suggest WBV may contribute to modest reductions in fat mass and increases in lean muscle mass, especially when combined with calorie control or traditional exercise. WebMD
To maximize benefits, vibration plates are often used as an add-on to traditional workouts, incorporating exercises such as squats, lunges, planks, or glute bridges. Sessions typically last 10–20 minutes, 3–5 times per week, depending on individual goals and tolerance. WebMD
